MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
Anza Wellness' Intensive Outpatient Program is now accepting clients with substance abuse disorders, mental health disorders, depression, and dual diagnoses.
We have partnered with local agencies to offer temporary housing for eligible homeless and economically disadvantaged clients during their time in our program.
Clients can choose to participate in our IOP or PHP services in conjunction with a structured living environment. We encourage all clients to maintain stable, independent living arrangements while attending our programs for optimal outcomes.
Our licensed clinicians, both employed and contracted by Anza Wellness, provide individual, group, and family counseling services. These services address a wide range of DSM-V criteria.

Primary Care Services: Preventive care, chronic disease management, routine health screenings, and coordination of overall medical care to support long-term health and wellness.
Psychiatric Evaluation and Diagnosis: Comprehensive mental health assessments for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, and other behavioral health concerns.
Medication Management: Ongoing monitoring and adjustment of psychiatric and primary care medications to ensure safe, effective treatment and symptom stabilization.
Integrated Care Coordination: Collaborative care that connects primary care and mental health services, ensuring a whole-person approach to treatment, improved outcomes, and continuity of care.
